« Casting couples for "Shed To Wed"

The CW along with the creator and producers of “THE BIGGEST LOSER” have come together to give one lucky couple their DREAM WEDDING. With help from our fitness experts, couples will compete in weekly challenges to shed those extra pounds.

We are looking for OUTGOING, COMPETITIVE couples that want to lose between 30 to 60 lbs each. If you and your fiancé are up for the challenge and want to win your dream wedding, now’s your chance.

• Applications MUST be written clearly or typed. You MUST include one application PER PERSON, not per couple. PLEASE EMAIL US AT: shed2wedcasting@gmail.com for application.
• Each applicant must be 18 years old to apply.
• Please do not include anything except the completed application form, video, and pictures.

Video must meet the following requirements:

• LENGTH: MAXIMUM OF TEN MINUTES anything over ten minutes will not be considered.
• FORMAT: Only DVD, VHS, mini-DV's (in NTSC format). (No, 8mm) You may also submit a YouTube link (please email the link along with your contact information, photos and applications to: HYPERLINK "mailto:shed2wedcasting@gmail.com"shed2wedcasting@gmail.com) 

CONTENT:

• Please be creative.
• This is your moment to show us your PERSONALITIES.
• We want to see you and your fiancé on camera at all times.
• Tell us why you want to lose weight, how much weight you want to lose and how it affects your daily lives.
• Tell how losing weight will affect your wedding.
• Tell us about your dream wedding and give us a brief history of your relationship.
• Don’t forget to include your occupations, hometown, and your current wedding date.

VIDEO DEADLINE: Monday, March 26th 2010

Videos will become the property of the Producers and will not be returned to you, whether or not you are selected as a contestant. All dates and locations in this application are subject to change at Producers’ sole discretion.

Applications will only be considered if they are complete. Complete mail-in submissions consist of the following:

• Completed application forms (including the signed Release and Waiver) for EACH applicant.
• TEN minute video labeled clearly with your name and the contact information
• Pictures of both applicants (together if possible)
